Does anyone care to inform me as to why anyone remotely cares about Britney Spears anymore? She peaked. Her career ended years ago. It's done and over with, so someone please tell me why anyone cares about her anymore? Her music was terrible to begin with and should have been nipped in the bud ages ago. Her latest album was a failure and never should have been considered to be recorded let alone released.
And yet, we keep paying her attention, even in the course of this 'mental breakdown' that she's been having. Everyone says how concerned and worried that she's going to end up killing herself by the end of this year. If you're really so worried about her, back off, leave her alone, and stop giving her the attention that she so thrives on. If she has any hope whatsoever of getting any better, it's only if the idiots who are members of the paparazzi back off and leave her alone. Then, everybody wins. She gets better and we don't have to suffer through seeing her everywhere, all the time.
Honestly, does anyone really care about her anymore? She's become more of a mockery of herself, the entertainment business, and those who really suffer from mental problems more than anything else. People suffering from disorders like BPD, PPD, depression and the like already have enough of a stigma attached to them. They don't need someone who's being watched every moment to set such a fantastic example to the rest of the world and embody all the bad things people think about those diseases.
In other words, stop giving the attention whore the attention she's longing for so she has a chance of admitting she has a problem and stops bothering the rest of the world with her idiocy.
I could be bitter about still being dateless this week, though. Either feel free to ignore me or remedy this. |

I was talking with my parents earlier and how this particular subject came up, I'm not even sure. Like, seriously. It was one of those things that just happened and I'm a little amused by it.
Apparently, my parents were so convinced that I was going to be a boy when I was born, they didn't bother looking at sonogram results or anything. Nope. No tests, no nothing to see what gender their child was going to be. My bedroom was blue and white from ceiling to floor, covered in sports memorabilia, and filled with trucks and toy cars and all the toys you'd get for a young boy. And also, apparently, my name was supposed to be Thomas. Or something. It was a totally masculine name.
Imagine their shock in the hospital when a little girl popped out instead of a boy. The first girl born into the Pitt family in God knows how many years. I think I may have broken a family trend, though to prove it, someone should have a baby. Soon. I'd like to see the results of this.
Valentine's Day in two weeks and I agree with a previous statement: Disney Princesses being alone on V-Day is just a failure. Ugh. |
